ABOUT
The Journal of Manual & Manipulative Therapy (JMMT) has been a specialty source for current topics in the field of orthopaedic manual therapy since 1993. JMMT is an international journal that is published quarterly. JMMT has been selected as the Official Journal of the American Academy of Orthopeadic Manual Physical Therapists, the Australian Association of Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapists, and the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Therapy.
The mission of JMMT is to improve patient care through clinically relevant articles on manual therapy. During the past decade, JMMT has published articles in anatomy, biomechanics, and pathokinesiology. We have focused on the following specific themes of universal interest: assessment and treatment of spinal and extremity disorders, headache, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, spinal stenosis, visceral pain, fibromyalgia, peripheral nerve compression, and tendonitis. Articles have also appeard on ethics, professionalism, and residency education. JMMT is committed to clinical relevance in its content.
